Quiet, comfortable & clean!
We stayed at the Carib House with our adult daughter for 1 week. Great location and priviledges to the Placencia Beach Club was a real bonus. Brian was very helpful answering our questions before our trip. Location was great. Recommend golf cart rental although lots of ammenities are a short walk away.
Perfect place to stay for our family!
Our stay was great, Brian was extremely helpful and proactive with his communications. Gave lots of recommendations for things to see and do! Space was perfect for us and our 2 girls, very clean and had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home with a stunning ocean view. The house was spotless and very well maintained, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Communication with the host was smooth and supportive throughout, which we really appreciated. And thank you for the delicious coffee — it was a lovely touch that made our mornings even better. Highly recommended!
Loved the passes to the Beach Club!
We absolutely loved this home ! It was everything we wanted and enjoyed the pass to the beach resort was so awesome to have.

The place was very clean and cozy. It was located close to the village so the walk was easy. I would recommend this place. The layout was nice.
The only place I'll stay when visiting Placencia!
Brian and Ian were amazing and inviting. This will be the only place I stay when visiting Placencia as long as it's available.

Wonderful stay in Placencia!
Traveling with 2 adult (40-50 yr old) couples, this home was a perfect size for us. Brian was very responsive to all communications. Grocery store, food and fun were all within walking distances. Wanted to use the Placencia Beach Club (included) but unfortunately didn’t get the chance. Kitchen was stocked (pots/pans/coffee maker with coffee beans provided). Having washer/dryer was also a plus! Thanks for wonderful stay in Placencia!
All the comforts and in paradise
My Family of 5 stayed for a week in November, the house is conveniently located, fully stocked, and super comfortable. We enjoyed the town, spent time at the the beautiful and relaxing beach resort with free access included in rental. The house has so much information on events, food, and even taxi service back to airport if needed. Much appreciated. Beds were comfortable, showers were hot, and back deck was our favorite place to hang out. Brian and Ian were both friendly and very responsive. Loved our stay and can't wait to go again!

Beautiful place, right on the main road. Very hospitable and pleasant stay.All you need to make a great meal for the family was in the kitchen.(Pots and pans and dishes)
