There are no addresses in Placencia, but never fear! It's easier than it might sound to get around and find what you're looking for.

Driving from Belize City: If you're driving from Belize City it's about a 3 hour drive to Placencia Village.

We've found that Google Maps is the most reliable for navigation. The easiest way to navigate to Carib House is to enter the Plus Code below into Google Maps:

Arriving by air: If you're arriving by air at the Placencia airstrip, we are just a 5 minute taxi ride away. There are usually taxi's waiting and available at the airstrip. You can also ask any of the Maya or Tropic Air staff to assist you with a taxi, if necessary. Just let the taxi driver know you're staying at Carib House, the orange house on the main road across from the BWS water tower.
